what a great album a must for any elton fan.all early stuff when elton was at his peak.i had this on vinly when it first came out,there are louds more tracks on this cd than the original.5xstar cd.

a must for any elton john fanThis double cd consists of tracks from two concerts by Elton in his first decade as a performer.It is a reliable guide to his playing and singing style before audiences here and in America. If that isn't enough, John Lennon joins Elton on stage at Madison Square Garden for a couple of numbers. (These turn out to be his final concert appearances).
As a long-time fan of Elton John , I find that listening to well-known tune plus an enthusiastic audience is unbeatable. This album contains more tunes than the original double album and sound quality has been enhanced so well that it is hard to believe the performances took place 33 years ago.
