not mariahs best at all! if you are a mariah fan you will be bitterly disapointed on this one. A poor album, from a great singer. some moving songs, and a few up-beat tempos but really, anyone could have performed these songs!
I bought this album because I played my last copy till it no longer played. This is an album you will love or hate many MC fans love it or hate it. I think its great, I love all the other artists on this album too, Ja Rule, P diddy,Busta Rhymes and more. My most treasured MC album.
I've brought this item for a Christmas present for a friend. Item received very quick. don’t know the quality of the cd as not been open. but apart from that happy with the service.
its good thers some jazzy 1s on this and its not 2 similar to any other album she made there is a few let down as wel but u can listen to those and wait for the good 1 jsut give it a try if its realy cheap
thers a good loverboy ep with some garage remixes as wel why not listen to that
I think this album has some amazing tracks on that show Mariah's vocal range at her best. I also think that when you mention the word Glitter people confuse it with the Movie.
This album is just as good as any other album Mariah has put out and you have to remember that this is a soundtrack to a film set in the 80's. It's not meant to be here and now.
I think this album has been given a hard day because of the movie.
it is not a bad album and is a tribute to the 80s with the Robert palmer song and funkin for Jamaica - a great new version and some great ballads like "never too far". Loverboy is a redone version of "cameo's song word up with new melodies and lyrics over the top. This is so much better than charm bracellet CD and should not be forgotten in a collection of Mariah albums
I am a huge fan of Mariah Carey and needed this one album to complete my collection. What a disappointment!! This album is soooo bad, and this comes from a totally partial fanatic of Mariah. The only track worth listening to is "Last nite a DJ saved my life", a re-make of the 80's classic....it is a fantastic cover of the song which in itself made purchasing the album worthwhile.
