A superb live album taking tracks from their previous three studio albums. This remastered version really brings out the sound that was lost on previous releases. Sadly the songs don't have the Gabriel intro stories which are fantastic and surreal. Way back in 1973 it was intended to be a double album but Charisma decided to make it a single album at a budget price. If this had been released as a double album and included Suppers Ready, Fountain of Salmacis and Stagnation I have no doubt that this would have been the greatest live albums ever.
A good track selection of classic old stuff from Genesis, released before Steve Hackett and Peter Gabriel jumped ship. This is basically a "live" best of from the early studio albums and includes such gems as "Watcher of the skies" and "Musical box". Originally a single disc vinyl release from 1973(Should have been a double album).so only five tracks long but still 46 mins plus of superior 70`s progressive rock.
