Gardens Of Stone (DVD 2002)

This appealed to me after reading the book it differs slightly from the book (as always the book is better) but the feel of the USA in the late 60's is captured,how this was a different War, a war not to be won the way other wars had because of the nature of this place VietNam and how you need all the citizens to want to be at war, for the first time young men were asking why! do we fight, not when! a great sister film to Apocalypse Now and Platoon showing a different side
