From A To B (CD)

What a surprise to find this gem of an album released on CD. Every song as fresh as it was when the album was released way back in 1980, it's hard to believe that nearly 30 year's have elapsed! The album is beautifully produced and is lyrically excellent, proving indeed that it was way ahead of it's time when originally released. From the well known and loved "This World of Water", "Straight Lines", "Sanctuary and Living by Numbers" other stand out track's include the wonderfully cynical "Science", The world weary swipe of "Dead Fish (Don't Swim Home)" and the beautiful "Map of You", it's great to hear such intelligent and thought provoking lyric's. A little cheesy in places, but frankly this only add's to it's charm and with 3 bonus tracks this is one album that all music fan's should have in their collection - simply wonderful!

I bought this for 'This World of Water' - 'Living By Numbers and 'Straight Lines
Very of its time, very basic sounding but very happy, catchy and nostalgic.

I had this LP in the 80s and have been looking for it for ever. It's a great album and I bought it at a brilliant price.

This cd is by the group New Musik which were a popular group in the early 80,s. World of Water, Living by numbers and Straight lines are some of the song on this excellent cd. The electro music is outstanding and any 80,s music lovers out there will love this cd. I have only just found it on e-bay after owning the tape of the album for many years. A great cd and one which is being played constantly.
