Originally came as a freebie with a national newspaper , finally got around to watching it half heartedly. Sooooo glad I did. pulls at the emotions , a sort of cross between Forrest Gump and Beaches, but the ending....I shall not spoil it for you! I just had to buy a propper copy! Thank you e-bay x
I think this film should be a `classic`.....full of characters and the story blended well.......the `mystery` who dun it ......was well worth the wait. Saw this film many moons ago and always wanted to have my own copy, now I have! and can share with friends and family.
This is one of my all time favourite films. I love it and could watch it over and over again. The supermarket car park moment is fantastic. A great story that runs through it all the way which can bring a tear to your eye. Thoroughly recommended to anyone who hasn't yet had the pleasure of seeing it.
This film is my all time favourite i cry everytime I watch it. I wanted it on DVD as I have it already on video but as we know video's are on their way out. I have loaned it to one of my friends and in the space of 2 days she had watched it 3 times... if you can get a copy of this film it's a must see... but you will need a box of tissues.. lol
I agree with kssusannah entirely. This is a lovely film and is suitable for the whole family, both adults and young alike. Its just great to watch a movie that doesn't have to resort to bad language, blatant sexuality, or violence. This is a great movie to watch with the family. Anyone actually tried fried green tomatoes?....... Enjoy!
This film is probably my all time favourite. The writing and the acting is well written and acted. The characters are wonderful. Its a film I put on when its cold and wet outside. It makes me cry and laugh and touches my innermost feelings. Even my 20 year old son cried. ( and he isn't a wuss!)
Its a film for any age and I would highly recommend a viewing.
