Far And Away (DVD 2005)

Another Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman academy nominated film for the Ladies, get the hankies out but by all means also have a light hearted laugh.
Sit down with your good lady and enjoy a night at the pictures, you may fined that you also enjoy it, definately worth viewing.
I often wonder about Tom! he seems to be a proper ladies man in all of the films that he as undertaken, nicole, on the other hand always reminds me of a happy go lucky young lady, they work well together.
The truth is that I got this film to add to my wifes collection, as it is one of her favourite films and by doing so I gained a lot of browny points, if you see what I mean?
Worth sitting through and to tell you the truth I quiet enjoyed it also.

I love everything about this movie, The music is beautiful and it shows how bad life can be but you have to go for what you want in life and never stop trying! I decided to buy this movie because I want to be able to watch it whenever I choose and because its an older movie, you can't find it to rent in many stores. I think I have watched it 5 times since i bought it a month or so! I can't seem to get enough of it. It's also a clean movie, there is no sexuality in this move, just a few kissing scenes. There is some violence though! I love this movie and i recommend it to anyone!

Excellent mix of love, adventure, and comedy. This film keeps the viewers interest from the begining to the end. It compares easily to a good book, Also in my oppinion is good family entertainment. Also it goes without saying that the two main stars are great actors. Well worth a watch!

I have loved this film since I was younger and this film was brought for me on video and I wanted to make sure that I could always watch this film hence I brought it as a dvd. One of my favourite films.....

great movie, if you like tom cruise that is. This was the second movie he did with his then wife nicole kidman. the movie is set in the late 1800s, and the historic detail is very good. i enjoyed the movie and will watch it every now and again.
