RUSH AT THEIR BEST WHETHER IT BE LIVE OR STUDIO BUT I PREFER THEM LIVE GREAT TO LISTEN TO THIS REMASTER MY VINYL VERSION IS A BIT WORN OUT NOW SLEEVE LOOKS A BIT TIRED ASWELL LOVE THIS ALBUM HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOUR A RUSH FAN

Rush - Exit Stage LeftExcellent album of Live classic early Rush tracks. Probably one of my all time favourite albums. This album as stood the age of time, even though it was released in the early Eighties. I would strongly recomend to Rock music lovers

I purchased this cd after I had seen RUSH live at Sheffield Area...
I had been given the seat after a friend could not go to the concert. What i saw and heard made an instant fan of RUSH.... but where to start.. most of the show was tracks from this CD so a good place to start was to listen more in depth at the musical perfection of the band....

exit stage leftOpening numbers, spirit of radio and red barchetta sound a bit flat and lifeless to me, but passage to bangkok (only on remastered version) is a masterpiece. The rest of the album is cracking too, although Geddy struggles with beneath behind between below (etc) a bit. Trees is superb. definatley worth buying.
