the best hoover ive ever had.
i had a DC01 witch was also very good. but it didnt have much power through the wond.
but the DC04 is much better no loss of power in the wond.
i would recomend this hoover to any one.

Why is this model discontinued?My wife loves this model since it is light enough for her to carry upstairs, however, Dyson has discontinued the DC03 and all the modern alternatives were too heavy. Found a reconditioned model on ebay. Just as good as our original but came without any tools

Dyson DC03This model DCO3 is light enough for me to manoevre as I have back problems. The one I ordered was a refurbished model to keep upstairs. I already have a new one that I keep downstairs. I like it very much

I find this model easier to use because it doesnt have swivel wheels it has a seperate filter and is easy to empty and clean. It also is very lightweight for carrying upstairs and with its extension arm I am able to reach to the top of the stairs.

The cleaner replaces the orginal Dyson bought about 8 years ago and which has given excellednt daily service.
This cleaner is brilliant because it has no extra consumables such as
bags, filters etc.

Our Dyson is great fun to use, easy to operate and the attachments make reaching awkward corners simple. Never cease to be amazed at how much dust and hair can come out of our carpets when they look clean. Easy to empty, far less work than a conventional hoover with a dust bag. It's still very new so have not yet attempted to change filters but hopefully this will be as straightforward as operating it is. one thing i would change would be fitting a self return cable as i don't like winding it up and down... laziness and a sore back are my excuses. the Dyson is a lightweight hover with heavyweight power and i would happily recommend it.
