U-Roy - Dread In A Babylon (CD 1990)

I bought this cd the day before I went abroad on holiday as I've been after it for a while,sadly due to packing etc I forgot to pay for it before I went. When I checked on my ebay account at an internet cafe abroad I saw that the seller had opened a non paying bidder complaint so I sent the money immediately with apologies that it had slipped my mind.Sadly since then the seller has vanished off the face of the earth & has acquired numerous negative feedbacks so not sending items so I have had to open a dispute with paypal so my money back,my rating of poor is truly too high,this seller is lower than a worms' willy.
