Extended dance remixes of tracks from their album "Please", to most PSB fans the titles will all be familiar, except "Paninaro" which you might recognise, as it was the theme to TV program, "The Clothes Show" for many years. This album is a rarity, a decent remix album.
Track listing : 1. In The Night (Arthur Baker extended remix) 2. Suburbia (Julian Mendelssohn remix) 3. Opportunities (Let's Make Lots Of Money) (Latin Rascals remix) 4. Paninaro (Pet Shop Boys/David Jacob remix) 5. Love Comes Quickly (Shep Pettibone mastermix) 6. West End Girls (Shep Pettibone mastermix)
Love this cd, had it on cassette tape when it first came out and lost it :( Pet shop boys at their finest and most brilliant, especially West End Girls remix. Takes me back to happier times, and puts a smile on my face :)
Hello! I am from russia and very like a disco music! This CD Is realy nice and easy to listen and dasing too! Got it and be happy! RESPECT TO ALL eBAy members!
I love the Pet Shop Boys and the familiarity of the tracks I recognised combined with the different arrangements just takes me back to the 1980s and all that was wonderful about that period of my life!!
An excellent collection of 12" remixes of some classic PSB tracks. If you have heard Disco 2 or Disco 3 then don't put this into the same catogory. Disco 1 is far superior to the later collections. I cannot fault any of the 6 tracks. Unlike many of the other PSB remixes they are not just monotonous loops but each extended track has excellent breaks and beats to enhance the original songs. In my opinion if you like the early PSB songs this album is a must have......Andy
