Davina - My Pre And Post Natal Workouts (DVD)

This DVD is in 2 halfs one for pre natal and one for post natal, both are about an hour in length. Davina carries out all the exercises with a personal trainer who specialises in these kind of workouts. It's quite fun and Davina makes funny comments but also assists by telling you lots of hints and tips to help. The exercises aren't rocket science but do the job and its always nice to follow along with someone especially if you don't fancy venturing out. The thing I liked about these were they are honest and Davina shows off her post pregnancy baby belly at one point, proving everyone has them! There's a couple of extras on the DVD one is a short bout of mini videos where Davina's giving you her hints and tips for other areas of pregnancy and motherhood. I would recommend this to everyone at all levels of fitness. Enjoy!

This dvd is great during pregnancy - I am 31 weeks pregnant and this dvd is totally manageable after a day at work and is helping me to still feel as trim and toned as possible. It's a gentle and safe workout, it won't burn the calories but it helps you feel a bit more toned and refreshed at the end of the day.

This is an easy work out there are very fun and are a bit like small dances only about 15mins long each.

Each section has a warm up a main part and an end,they are all easy to do.
you can stop at anytime and just pick up where you left off as they are all called something new and are in the main menu.

The only thing wrong with it is that Davina pulls funny faces and she talks to the trainer all the way though like they are not being filmed this makes me forget what im doing and it makes the dvd hard to concentrate on.

Other than that i have lost inches and it is working slowly as this is the best way after having a baby.

To try and shift baby weight after given birth. Hope it works aswell as it did for Davina....watch this space
