Davina McCall - My Three 30 Minute Workouts (DVD)

I have been doing these work outs every day since jan 3rd! Prior to which I did no exercise! Davina and her trainers are funny and keep you motivated to spend 30 minutes a day! Fantastic.. lost loads of weight and dropped nearly 2 dress sizes!

its a good dvd and does what it says on the box. I brought it as a had it before and wore it out thats why ive had another one which im really pleased with.

I really enjoyed this DVD and has to be one my favourite workouts. Davina makes it fun and it's easy to fit in 30 minutes of exercise in a day. Would recommend.

I borrowed this DVD from a friend on her recommendation, I enjoyed it so much I didn't want to give it back so I brought my own! Great DVD that caters for different levels of fitness. Great to be able to do exercise when the kids are in bed/at school and not hev to leave the house. Only 30 mins workout so not time to get bored before you have finished.

I really like this DVD and would recommend it to anyone. I have had exercise DVDs before that I have done a couple of times and then put away. This one is great because there are 3 different workouts each lasting 30 mins but that includes the warm up and cool down with stretches etc and so it really does do what it says on the tin! I find this best because I don't have the time or if I'm honest motivation to take 1 hour plus everyday on an exercise video.

It is easy to follow and the time really flies by!

I have tried a couple of workout DVDs and have found this gives you a good choice of type of workout you want to do, for example cardio or posture and balance. It doesn't require a lot of space but you are still puffed at the end. A lot of the moves are easy to follow, and if you are not quite up to it to begin with the team show an easier move.

I purchased the Davina McCall workout DVD as it had been recommended to me by several people. Personally, i am about as lazy as they come and can barely summon up the enthusiasm to leave the sofa to go to the toilet, let alone actually work out. However, this dvd is entertaining, mildly funny and has the option to shut Davina up (something we'd all like to do from time to time i imagine) and just listen to the tunes (which are surprisingly good).
In conclusion, i don't think i would bother buying a workout dvd from any other minor television star who has suddenly lost a dramatic amount of weight in a bid to aid their failing career and make a buck on the side.
Davina is the real deal and has a normal and enviably figure to show for all her hard work.

Fantastic DVD to get you fit I received the dvd 5 days ago and have used it 3 times already!! Its great because its split into 3 x 30 mins workouts so its great to do when pushed for time! Would definitely recommend it!

Hi I found this DVD very good as you can do the excercise at your own pace. It also talks you through each excercise. It also gives you lots of other hints and tips on how to excercise and diet.

l needed a new exercise dvd as l like to work out at home, and after reading the reviews about Davina l purchased this one. I have never really been a big fan of Davinas and was really suprised how much l enjoy working out with her. The 3 sections are easy to follow and you don't need loads of room in which to move, the 30 minutes soon fly by and the next day you can tell that you,ve done a workout. I think this dvd would suit all levels but l think if you are very fit you would soon get bored with it. I would recommend this dvd to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels in just 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I tried the workout for the first time today and it was brilliant! It has everything you need to do a full body workout including stretching and cardio. its challenging but it feels good to push yourself. I felt great once id done it and was upbeat and lively for the rest of the day! Davina is lively and enthusiastic throughout which is really helpful and she makes you laugh too which is great :D Would definitely recommend it!

It's really great to follow and you can choose what type of workout depending on your mood! It definitely hits the parts other workouts haven't touched!!!

This Dvd is a very good workout for people that don't have much time on their hands !! Davina is funny and helpful and the workout is not too strenuous so you can definitely build upon your strengths! I enjoy it and have toned up heaps!!!!

I decided to buy this because I'd had three children in quick succession and wanted to get back into exercising. A friend recommended this as the workouts are only 30 mins long so ideal for my busy lifestyle. Although the workouts are short, they are intense, but easy and straightforward to do. The next day I really felt like I'd done something.... and the next day!! Excellent DVD. Would recommend. On strength of this one, will probably purchase the other Davina DVDs.

I love this DVD which has some really good workouts that get the heart pumping. It definately tones up those loose bits and Davina makes it fun. There is an easy option for all those who are just starting to workout and I was pleased to see that Davina was getting out of breath when I was, and also telling you when she can "feel the burn" which i also felt so you really feel like you are doing the DVD correctly. I really enjoy doing Davina McCall's workouts and have previously bought 'The Power Of Three'. However, being a busy mum who also works full time, I found it difficult to fit in other workouts. 'My Three 30 Minute Workouts' is definately the solution. It's so much easier to fit into my busy lifestyle. I try to do each 30 minute workout once per week. Each workout has also got its own warm up and cool down which is really good. Over-all an absolutely excellent buy.

I found this dvd great for getting back into trim following the birth of my second child. I no longer have the luxury of enough time to exercise in a gym so this dvd is great - in 45 minutes I have exercised and showered without leaving the comfort of my own home (just long enough for my baby's morning nap!)
The dvd consists of 3 workouts. The 'pump' session is great. I love the 'cardio box' session but find the somewhat delayed instruction on what to do next rather frustrating. It's ok once you've done it a few times and are familiar with the routine.
I have only done the 'core stability' session once, as I have concerns over the safety of it. It is based on pilates which I have done for several years, but the moves are very rushed. They do remind you to keep an eye on your posture, but I believe this is not the best dvd to do if you want to incorporate this sort of exercise into your routine. If you are new to this sort of workout I would recommend going to classes with a qualified instructor to begin with, until you are confident that you are protecting your back whilst carrying out the execises.
On the whole an excellent dvd to get you in shape - it really does work!

I like the way the DVD is split into three sections as you can do as many as you like, you don't have to struggle to finish an hour or longer workout.

I decided to buy this because I had read all the great reviews about it on Ebay. This is a brilliant workout for people with busy lives as it gives you a thorough workout in only half an hour, I have only tried 2 of the 3 so far but have enjoyed them both and was really aching afterwards!!! Davina is really funny, but when you get fed up of her you can switch off her voice and just have the music, music is great too, I would really recommend this DVD.

Being a busy single working mother of 3, time is obviously precious to me which is why i was thrilled that Davinas new dvd has 30 minutes sections including warm up and cool down because lets face it we can all fit in 30 minutes.... and although this dvd kills me, its just what i need to boost my confidence and let off steam my favourite obviously being the cardio box workout with lots of kicking and punching! Davina is fantastic, warm friendly down to earth and funny she makes you feel relaxed and not like an idiot jumping around the front room (I said u dont feel like an idiot, I cant imagine what anyone watching would think!!!!)Keep it up Davina xxxxxx
