It's a great imaginative film full of great cgi and funny lines. A must have if you are into K. R. he is yummy as usual and the odd bare chest is a bonus too!!!!

Superb Super Natural - Horror.
Keanu Reeves put's in an impressive performance as we all come to expect!! Constantine is fighting a continuing battle against Demons - His ability to see Both Demons and Angels is due to being what's known as a halfbreed - part Angel or Demon.
Constantine was born with the ability to detect these unrealistic beings which led him to belive he was insain and leading to a suicide attempt. This suicide
attempt left him hanging in Hell untill the doctors revived him....
He journeys now through our world doing what he can to help the Angelic side and hampering the Demons........Most of what he does is now to curry favour with God for otherwise he is facing a return Hell and as Satan holds a personal grudge against him he needs to do much...
The story unfolds with excellent dialague Colourful Effects and a seemless pace.
Pray thee enjoy this film if you have not seen it already!!!!!

constantineI like horror films and this fitted the bill, good special effects pity there was not a follow up. It was in good condition when i bought it, would recomend

good stuffan interesting movie with two of my most favourite actors (Keanu Reeves & Rachel Weich) about etarnal battle between good and evil but most of all about faith. It does not bore. I watched it recently on TV and decided to finally have it on DVD.

Love this movie, saw it at the flicks.... Excellent special effects and good story line, with a few new ideas, I'm well in to horror and Sci-Fi.. To be honest enjoyed most of Keanu's movies (Matrix) etc.. sadly Bill n Ted too !!!

Enjoyed this film.. It takes itself just seriously enough to put on a good show. Reeves earns some theatrical redemption, the demons put a scare into the waywardly righteous, and there are plenty of evil-duders left over for a sequel.
Well worth a 5/5! :)

This film is quite honestly the best Reeves film I've watched.Reeves' acting style lends itself perfectly to the role of doomed exorcist John Constantine.
Constantine is hoping to buy his way into Heaven by sending as many demons back to Hell as he can.Aided by some truly oddball friends, and delightful sidekick Chas, he uses his dark 'gift' to seek out souls who require his expertise and along the way discovers a plot to release the son of the Devil upon Earth.
The film is very dark and brooding(as you'd expect!) and Rachel Weistz is convincing as the cop who is investigating her twin sisters apparent suicide.I also found Tilda Swinton particularly good as the androgenous Gabriel.
The film has some excellent and atmospheric scenes and as a viewer I found myself rooting for Constantine.Well worth a look!
