the reason i bought it was for my ill sister that is recovering from a stroke. she loves R. kelly and specially this album. she had the same but got damaged with time.
Bought specifically for the Worlds Greatest track, I had a copy once but lent it out and it was not returned, it has GREAT sentimental meaning to me as it was chosen by my sons friends to play at his funeral.
This album was another attempt by R.Kelly to be 'clean'. I personally was not impressed. I can think of 2 songs that really stand out and made this album they are 'Step in the name of love' which isn't that good but Ok and 'Ignition'. Yes we all remember 'ignition' the remix went to number 1 here in the UK.
The album also features the original 'ignition' track but it isn't as good as the remix. Other than those 2 tracks I wouldn't rate this album highly. It's simply average, I wouldn't cast it off as garbage but it isn't a masterpiece either. With a total of 17 tracks and only 2 good one (in my mind, anyway) it's love or hate and my vote gets hate. I say this because I am a true R.kelly fan from the 90's I know what tunes he is capable of delivering and this album to me is a poor attempt. If you are an R.kelly fan I'd say give it ago and make your own mind up but don't expect too much.
Oh and by the way, the bonus ‘Loveland’ CD you get with this is garbage. That is why it is a bonus album and was not released separately. What a joke, lol.
