It yet again brings some fresh things to the snares sound...Plunging Hornets is a particular standout for me with its strange samples of a gentleman and a lady along with the usual unbelievable array of drum patterns. Pwntendo is another highlight with its glitchy 8 bit sounds coupled with one of the few breaks i hadn't noticed Mr Aaron Funk use until now. It really isn't however his best album by any stretch of the imagination in my opinion but then he tends to move very fast and often his albums do take a hile to grow on you. He explores some more gentle textures on this album with his most sensitive music yet. When compared to Rossz Csillag it really does knowhere near as much for me but then it is very different. Definitely worth purchasing though but if your a snares virgin then i would definitely recommend Rossz Czillag but if you love him already then you will get a lot of pleasure from this & as i said i'm sure it will be a grower.
