Return to form for the Bond series, this one is NOT a comedy with stunts as they had started to become. This is more like the Connery Bond films, harder, darker and a great story-line, this film was of course originally written by Ian Flemming who created Bond in the first place. Great Stuff.
This was back to how Bond films should be. To be honest I loved Goldeneye, but Casino Royal took even that one, to the next level. James Bond is darker and more how he should be, not some tux wearing, smooth talking, super spy, but a human being. It was an excellent movie and even better on Blu Ray.
NEXT TO GOOD OLD SEAN CONNERY,THIS NEW JAMES BOND IS HOLDING HIS OWN A BRILLIANT MOVIE FULL OF FAST MOVING ACTION AND A WEE BIT OF A LOVE THING FOR THE WOMEN
This is truly an exciting Bond film, particularly watching it on blu-ray… all the way through there’s never a break in action… the chase scenes at the beginning are awesome, even the poker game takes an a whole new excitement… and the closing scenes in Venice watching that building sink....wow…
The film takes place in some really exotic places like Madagascar, Bahamas, Miami, Montenegro and Venice all giving a different back drop for Bond to do his thing, cause mayhem and outright havoc… also with some really beautiful Bond girls too…
This is a true action packed film… what a true Bond film should be, a real must to see, particularly on blu-ray, real good quality filming, it's sharp and clear with some brilliant action shots that you would not believe, all of which allows the film to reach it's full potential... some great acting and it's well worth buying, there is no doubt about it, it is the best quality movie I have ever seen… Just buy it and enjoy…
