Sinergy - Beware The Heavens (CD 1999)

As with everything I have heard on the Nuclear Blast label, Sinergy are very tight and adventurous with their blend of melodic/thrash/gothic/speed metal. The problem is that when you have so many excellent artists like this in your collection the bar gets pushed even higher! If you're used to listening to mainstream metal or plain two guitars, bass and drums stuff then Sinergy will blow you away! If you already listen to a lot of Lacuna Coil, Nightwish, Therion, Lacrimosa, Amorphis etc etc. I'm afraid this beautiful-sounding band kinda fade into the background. Great driving music but it doesn't grab your attention as much as some.
