This exercise workout is great fun!! It is quite easy to follow and is suitable for any level of fitness. The only downside is that it is quite dated and the workouts cannot easily be broke down into seperate sections which means the workout is an hour long. Overall an easy, motivating and enjoyable workout DVD.
It involves toning as well as aerobics easy to follow & good music too. I now have all 4 of her DVDs and with others use them regularly to keep myself in shape. You can work at your own level as she shows various alternatives to high impact. Highly recommended
