Balls Of Fury (DVD)

Watched with my teenage daughter who enjoys playing table-tennis.
We both enjoyed it, could have watched longer.

I bought this because I am a keen table tennis player. So far as i am aware there has never been any other film that devotes itself to ping pong. The film lived up to my expectations - which is to say that it is very much tongue in cheek. Christopher Walken lends it an air of respectability that would have been otherwise absent. It is rather thin on plot but then what do you expect? The storyline leans heavily on 1970s Kung Fu films with a rather thin humour. Overall it held my attention and made me chuckle from time to time. The laws of both the game of Table Tennis and physics are ignored. Balls of Fury is one of the biggest load of balls that I've seen this year - but fun.

I like it because i myself play ping pong. I love the fact that its so daft it is almost as funny as dodgeball. Theres nothing to dislike. I decided to buy it because i wanted another daft comedy for my comedy collection (plus i think this movie is awesome and tooo funny). When I say comedy collection, i mean The Naked Gun, Dodgeball, Dumb And Dumber, Hot Shots, Rat Race,
Scary Movie(s), Mony Python, Kingpin and Austin Powers series!!! Anyway, brilliant excellent superb film with Christopher Walken, Dan Fogler and George Lopez. Would Highly Recommend for a person or thing just like me. The film shows us that the sport of being able to play ping pong is that its not always about concentrating and being good. Tagline: A Huge Comedy With Tiny Balls!

The jokes are very obvious and the story isn't difficult to follow, but it's a film that is really worth watching. A very good cast, a lot of laughs and some very random bits of action and dialog.

If you like films like Blades of Glory and Superbad, you will love this!

but it was enlish
and it came quick as well

Ordered origional goods as stated in the sales particulars...........received a copy. Contacted seller and just fobbed off with more lies. He has now de registered

Tis film was hilariously funny!!
It is about a professional ping pong player who suffers severe embarrassment which causes him to cease playing.
He is then tracked down by the FBI needing him to help hem with an important mission. This mission takes them deep into the underground world of ping pong.
Christopher Walken is a criminal that the FBI need to take down, he is also the head of the ping pong underworld. With the help of their new pro they play their 'balls' to the death!!!
Recommended, I promise it will make you laugh!
