This movie is one of the coolest movies ever made and Michael J Fox is excellent in his role!
I also like the sequels that were made,but this is without a shadow of a doubt the best!
The film is another example of why eighties movies are so great and I urge anyone who hasn't seen it,to go and buy it now!

The Start Of A Classic TrilogyExactly what is says in the title a great start to a great trilogy. All those years ago and people still think it is a good film and they are right it is a must own for any DVD collection

Fantastic, classic film. I bought it to educate my children about what really good family films can be. Thoroughly recommended. Proper storytelling, with great ideas, acting, direction etc. All in all wonderful.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFULLY CONSTRUCTED FILM, THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, SET-UPS AND PAYOFFS ARE METICULOUSLY CRAFTED AND EXECUTED, THE LAST OF THE GREAT PHASE OF IMAGINATIVE BLOCKBUSTERS THAT BEGAN WITH STAR WARS, THIS IS A TIMELESS THRILL RIDE OF EXCITEMENT WITH A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF EMOTIONAL DEPTH AND FANTASTIC CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. A CLASSIC AND AN ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE FILM.

I payed for this item and have not recieved it from the vender who appears to have withdrawn from Ebay and cannot be contacted. So on the whole a poor show. Perhaps someone can arrange a refund as I payed via Paypal who I have contacted by E mail but no one wants to take the matter up.

This film has everything needed for it to be the classichit it has rightfully become, romance, suspense, action packed adventures and science fiction!
Michael J. Fox stars as Marty McFly, a typical American teenager of the Eighties accidently sent back to 1955 in a plutonium-powered DeLorean "time machine" invented by slightly mad scientist Doc Emmett Brown (Christopher Lloyd). During his trip back in time, Marty disrupts the course of events from the past, and to disasterous effects, he prevents his father (Crispin Glover) and mother (Lea Thompson) from meeting, and ultimately falling in love to produce marty!
Marty must therefore make amends and make sure his teenage parents-to-be, meet and fall in love -- so he can get back to the future.
