Amy Winehouse - Back To Black (Deluxe Edition) (CD 2007)

This item was listed as new CD in box never listened to. I purchased this in good faith and paid for it by PayPal. The seller offered a 14 day return but to date has failed to respond to my email (see below). I am wondering whether or not this is a true original or a good fake copy as the tracks played on the cd do not reflect what is listed in the titles printed on the cd cover. I have requested to return the CD in line with the 14 days return policy but have not got an address to return it too, which defeats the object of offering a returns policy of 14 days as advertised by the seller.

This was advertised as a new CD never been listened too. Please can you advise me why the case is worn and scratched and why it was not sealed if it is a new CD still in box.Can you confirm that this is an original?
Also why are the tracks (see below) not in the correct order as listed on the CD cover and your ad in ebay? Your description is different to the content that is contained in CD2. Why is that?

I would like to return this item can you please let me have the details of where to send it to. Thanks.
