Cant complain about this dvd. My son loves watching this dvd. He can't take his eyes off it. The music is great and the pictures are very colourfull and interesting
My little darling is captivated but this DVD. She sits in her bumbo seat in front of the TV and squeels with delight. It's educational and stimulating. It teaches her colours and keeps her occupied for 20 minutes allowing me to get on and do things. I am so pleased with this purchase & highly recommend it.
My 6 month old grandaughter loves the Baby Einstein DVDs and Baby Van Gogh- World of colours is brilliant. She loves the music, the other children on the DVD and she particularly likes the puppets. I wouldn't be without it when she comes to stay, she smiles as soon as the music starts.
My baby, a complete goggle box was mesmorised by this dvd along with baby Beethoven. If you stood in front of the tv whilst any of these were on she would crane her head around you. The music in Beethoven definitely was calming for me let alone her and enabled all those household chores to be done. The swirling colours and comical characters are still loved now in baby Van Gogh and these dvds are the best introduction to music and colours that you can give. These dvds come highly recommended from me.
I had heard so much about the Baby Einsten DVD's, all good feed back, so I thought of trying one out, I looked at them in the high street shops and was horrified about the price so I turned to E bay, I brought Van Gough world of colours for my 6 month old daughter to try, she liked the first five minutes of it but then got bored, however in time I am sure she will like it. I would say its a nice DVD for backround music. I have not tried out any others and would not be too keen on spending a fortune on them, but I suppose it would be personal preference, my daughter enjoys watching Sponge Bob Square pants and sucking her toes...so until she reaches 9 months plus I will leave Spnge Bob on and put Van Gough away.....Van Gough may be better in a few months time. On a good note...I would say the DVD would be very calming and educational if your baby can stay focused for the duration.
