Army Of Darkness - Evil Dead 3 (DVD 2002)

If you are a fan of the Evil Dead films this is one film not to be missed. I have been trying to find this film for a number years as it was discontinued from retail sellers like HMV etc. The film its self has a combination or light horror/ comedy. It really is a good end to the trilogy!

THIS IS THE BEST OF THE TRILOGY, OBVIOUSLY THEY HAD A BIT MORE MONEY TO SPEND. I PREFER THE HAPPY ENDING TO THE BAD ONE.

As a fan of b-movie/spoof/comedy-horror films I was already very familiar with the first two evil dead films; glorious slabs of cartoon nonsense with tongue wedged firmly in cheek (your own cheek dammit!) - I didn't realise there was a follow up that ramped up the sillyness to 11.

Thrown back in time by the dark power that caused all the bother in the previous film, our hero Ash (Bruce Campbell) must help the locals defeat the evil spirits and get home before his next shift at the supermarket...

I rank this alongside the classic Return of the Killer Tomatoes (surely George Clooney's finest cinematic moment), The Reanimator and of course Peter "LOTR" Jackson's early work as must see movies for those of us with a tase for the silly.

its one of those films i saw as a kid of 14, funny how u think things are better when you are younger although it had some good moments when i watched it again.

Army of Darkness is a pretty unique movie that hangs between horror, action and comedy. People who are familier with THE EVIL DEAD movies will know the backdrop and the events that result in Ash (Bruce Campbell) being sucked back in time to an unamed country in medieval times.
The main thing that has always stuck in my head are the hilarious one liners delivered by Ash, "Hail to the king!", "Give my some sugar baby!". I thing this is the reason that this movie is on my top ten list. Afer looking on other websites I came across it on Ebay and I was thrilled when I won it.

what i like about Army Of Darkness is because it's a comedy horror that you can find funny or some times a little scary. why i bought it is because i like the movie and i don't dislike anything about the movie.

Brilliant film!!! It's not so much horror as one of the best comedies ever made. If you love Shaun of the Dead you'll love this.

the reason ive put poor is because the dvd never got to me.the seller has told me that he will give me a refund today,i would rather have the dvd but he only had the one dvd.

I strangely liked this film, it was entertaining without being too expensive looking. It was like humor/horror which i guess is what it's probs under. My boyfriend bought it because he had seen it on the internet some where and fell in love with the movie... I'd never seen it but when i did i found it strangely entertaining (can't take your eyes away entertaining)

In this sequel to the Evil Dead films, a discount-store employee ("Name's Ash. Housewares.") is time-warped to a medieval castle beset by monstrous forces. I was in an Evil Dead mood after reading the recent Marvel Zombies vs Army of Darkness series. I wanted all the films and any other cool bits i could get hold of. Evil Dead 3 is really hard to get now at a good price. I got it and loved watching it despite the bad continuity, cheesy acting and funny attempt at horror. Ash rules and lives by the motto "Hail to the king"!

good film.some bits r boring in it.but it is a god film to watch.i bought it to add to my collection again

Bought the DVD for my son who likes this type of film, had trouble locating it in shops, but eBay came up trumps once again.
Son was very pleased overall, and I had no problems with the transaction.
Would definately do this again when the need arises.

the first evil dead was a real horror film, then they made evil dead 2 which was horror and funny, then army of darkness which is just hilarious, a real funny horroe film that can be watched by all ages over 12,
