Plot
The story is about the four friends, and their attempts to have the greatest summer party ever at a summer beach house first used by Kevin's older brother four years ago. Kevin is lost without Vicky, and often accidentally makes advances on her even though they are no longer dating. Nadia is coming for the party, and Jim is desperate so he asks Michelle for help with his sexual problems. Stifler invites his younger brother to party, and Finch has yet another meeting with Stifler's mom. Oz is going steady, and has a long distance relationship while his girlfriend who is in Spain, but once again Stifler interrupts the phone sex. The film keeps the same cult status as the first, and also holds true to the idea of piling on risqué scenes one after another. The movie also focuses more on Jim and Michelle, who, when Nadia arrives early, pretend to be in a relationship so she will not expect Jim to have sex (After the incident with "Pussy Palace"). They break the fake relationship off once Jim is ready to sleep with Nadia but Jim, having fallen in love with Michelle, proceeds to turn down Nadia and enter into a relationship with Michelle instead.

The end of the movie shows many of the friends sleeping with familiar (and some not-so familiar) people. Jim is with Michelle and Oz is with Heather, like in the first movie. Sherman gives up on getting anyone, but the rejected Nadia, who wanted Jim because he was a geek, is turned on by his "Sherminator" gimmick, and has sex with him. Stifler ends up with two women he at first thought were lesbians. Kevin doesn't end up with anyone, but he does seem to succeed in getting over Vicky. As for Finch, he spends the night talking with a few girls, but he doesn't sleep with any of them. Soon after, Stifler's mother arrives, and the end of the movie shows her car on the side of the road, with Finch having sex with her.

a GREAT follow up to a GREAT original, something you dont see to often these days! a Must watch for all teens and anyone with a good sense of humour!

As stated in the title this film is a right of passage for all teens, its one of the films you just have to see, aalong with Anchorman, Pulp Fiction and so on

i like the first 3 american pie's any after these are not the same and just plain crap. i like the comedy in the movie. american pie 2 is fantastic movie to have a greta laugh with friends

A bunch of teenagers rent a house for the summer to party in and then the fun begins in the sequel to the incredibly popular and hilarious American Pie.
It's the same quirky characters from the original back with more funny pranks and mishaps together with the usual dollop of slapstick and very rude scenes.

The movie is funny from the offset, there really are some truly brilliant memorable scenes and events happening to Jim, the main character, that most of us can probably relate to as a teen.

A good movie for couples to watch or a bunch of friends as it is hilarious and entertaining. Really good acting and excellent script just as before.

Definitely worth watching, you'll be entertained and laughing your socks off.

i like this film because its a comedy film that is really funny. there is no dislikes about this film. i decided to buy this film because it goes to my collection of american pies and its one of my favourite films

This is a great film, there really is nothing to dislike about this film.
If you enjoyed the first American Pie then you will love this one, this is personally my favourite out of the three films.

one of my favorite films i have seen im not usually into this humour but this a happy surprise to find out really great film. this film is a great sequal to the amazing american pie. packed with hilarious jokes and scenes. this is a great film to watch with friends or anyone with the same humour as this film. i love the whole of this film gripping and entertaining throught. i think i prefer this film to the first american pie. stifler is funnier than ever and i love the scene with his mum and friend wonderfully funny constantly in fits of laughter throughout. happy to purchase this film and now have american pie 1,2 and 3! i recommened this film to everyone dont miss it!!! if you purchase one film this year make sure it is this!

The best thing about "American Pie 2" is that you get exactly what you are hoping for. In other words, if you liked the $100-million grossing first instalment of this teen sex comedy franchise, then you can be pretty darn sure that you'll like the follow-up.

And hopefully, this sequel will snag a few new admirers too, because like number one, "American Pie 2" has something which a lot of similar comedies lack: heart. We rejoin the gang (yes, despite their 'fame', they are all back) after their first year of college, returning home to their old buddies.

A couple (exchange student Nadia (Elizabeth) and Heather (Suvari)) are still initially absent. But hey, not to worry, because the best characters are Jim (Biggs), Stifler (Scott), Finch (Thomas), and Michelle (Hannigan), all of whom end up at a snazzy beach house for the holidays.

Stupidity ensues, involving wee, superglue, and uncomfortably-placed trumpets, but writer Adam Herz has an uncanny knack of turning even the most predictable scenarios into slices of comedy magic. Much of this has to do with his actors, especially Scott as rambunctious prat Stifler and Eugene Levy as Jim's doting Dad. They may be doing this for the cash, but boy, don't they do it well.

Okay, it's idiotic, but combined with some genuinely touching moments between Jim and his old man and Hannigan as an unrequited geek (we finally get a glimpse of band camp), it is also a thoroughly enjoyable, 90-minute, laugh-out-loud comedy.

Sometimes you just don't need to change the recipe. Like its predecessor, American Pie 2 is superficially full of gross-out laddishness, but there’s a moral tale lurking beneath all the jokes about masturbation, voyeurism and men's sexual prowess--or their lack of it. Jim (Jason Biggs) spends his first summer home from college trying to get himself ready for Nadia, the Czech woman he almost slept with in the first film. He goes to Michelle (Alyson Hannigan), his actual first partner, for pointers on technique--and learns lessons he did not expect. His friends--Finch, Oz, Kevin and the appalling Stiffler--are similarly educated during their summer vacation. This is a film that boasts many profoundly dirty jokes, but gets away with this lewd, crude and rude behaviour due to its charm and charisma

This is a great film. Absolutley hilarious. I have american pie 1, 2, 3 and 4. Looking for the naked mile though. They are all so funny.

back again for an even more hilarious film, but this time the boys are in college...
stifler is still as wild as ever...famous for his parties & this time they are on the beach...its gonna be fun

this film made the famous phrase "milf"...and shes back for more!

i decided to buy American pie 2 because i have seen all the other American pie's but i hadn't seen 2 i received it and it was in mint condition and was in perfect working order i put it in my dvd player and watched it all the way through i was thrilled and it was soooo funny i received the item just as the seller had promised so i recommend him if you want his name check my feedback for American pie 2.

After their first year at college, the guys reunite for another summer of fun. Jim continues his quest for sexual independence by seeking the help of his old prom date, Michele, after an unexpected call from Nadia who plans to visit Jim. Meanwhile, Kev and Vicky find themselves in an awkward situation after having broken up for a year. Oz must deal with a long distance relationship when Heather heads off to France to study abroad. Old feuds die hard as the ever-so-horny Stifler harbors his hatred toward Finch, who is practicing the Hindu practice of Tantra to try out on stifler's mum.

I just love Seann william scott and I think he is funny in this film (he was gonna take one for the team lol )

A great sequal to the huge original. American Pie 2 is definetly as good as the first and I would recommend to all, espeically if you enjoyed the first one. A great laugh!! GET IT !!

The thing that i like about the whole american pie Trilogy (i'm not including that band camp thingy) is that they're filled the embarrasing situations that we hope to god we're never in, the source of the films "funny". I mean what's funnier than four guys whove never had sex making a pact about it, i mean COME ON. They might as well have just lubbed up right there and started bumming each other cause that's kinda gay, good way of portraying some virgin losers though, kudos.
*I know it's hard but anyone out there that is thinking of doing the same as these guys, don't!! try talking to a girl, buy her a drink, tell her she looks/smells nice, take her out and make her feel special. Now all you guys can throw out your how to pick up chicks books that you got your mums to spend $20 on because she's fed up of you practicing kissing with her. she's a busy lady!

The reason why i bought this film is because it was the last film out of the three that i hadn't purchased and also shaun william scott is one funny guy. that's about it.
I recommend this film if you like comedies because i laughed my ass off. Other things to try are family guy, american dad, and red dwarf.
