Liked the first album but this (appart from 1973)has not grown on me yet..............................................................(sorry i have to use 100 characters!)

i bought this as i have his previous album and just love his voice. the songs, music &lyrics are fantastic, such a great all round artist, i really reccommend this album to all.

Unfortunately i didnt think this album was as great a the first album. maybe my expectations were high after the first album. i love the track 1973 and was hoping the album would follow this greatness but i was dissapointed.

This is a good cd,but ebay will only print what they want, and not what i feel about this great music. i have done my best .what other can a man do,.!

james blunt exceeds himself on his 2nd album. All the songs are great!! highly recommended to all who liked his 1st album.

The CD is a copy, iam not staying with ebay much longer too many bad ebayers i bid on a watch the other day, to find the seller had is friend bidding the watch up so i retracted my bid, then is friend did the same, and now i can only buy it now.why take it out on honest people? this a copy and i intend to report this outside ebay if nothing done very soon.

Was planning on buying this CD was delighted with it. Fast and efficient service would use it again .

You can't beat James Blunt for a bit of mournful, meaningful soul searching! This album is just like the first, it's a 'grower'. At first listen you may not feel the same way about this album as you feel about the first album, however I remember that it took a few plays for me to fully appreciate the 1st album too! If you like James Blunt you shouldn't be disappointed, but give it a chance! You wont regret it!

if you like james blunt, youll like this cd, not as good as 1st album but still good songs. some songs arnt as good as others. but if you are a true james blunt fan you will like it. i decided to buy it as i liked few of the songs also im a collector, if i buy onje album i just have to buy them all.

Fantastic CD. Brilliant artist. Great follow on from his last CD Back to Bedlam. Hopefully more to come.

this cd is better than james last one , i bought it myself when it came out , and my mother heard it , so i got her it for her birthday , she never has it off.its nice to listen to when u want to unwind , my rating is 9/10

what a grt cd, love all the tracks, he has such a calming voice, a grt way to chill out, and relax. buy buy buy.

Not as catchy or immediate as Mr Blunt's 1st Album and not many obviuos singles either - 1973 is the best track here - Hope the third Album is better - Pleasant listening and that is about it really - The DVD that comes with the Cd is better!

I loved this album, there are so many great songs on it! There are quite a few slow tracks, so if your looking for something a bit more upbeat then this is quite mellow. There are a couple of faster tracks like 1973. The lyrics are as usual very emotional. I recently went to see him in concert and hadn't bought this cd, but the songs grow on you very quickly and after seeing his concert I was desperate to buy this album and I was not disappointed! If you liked his first album you will love this one also.

This album does have a couple of songs that will no doubt be classics but it is not as great as his first album where each song is fantastic. Worth buying though if not just for 1973.

After loving the first albut Back to Bedlam I bought this one, half expecting to be disappointed. In fact in my view, this album is in some ways better than the first. Less dark but with no less meaningless content this album has an excellnt mix of tracks, some are actually quite upbeat. The words of some of the tracks really touch the listener and create an atmosphere which takes you right to the heart of the theme of the track. James Blunt has clearly had some overwhealming experieces throughout his lifetime, these are reflected in his music in a variety of emotions.

Whenever a very different sounding album like 'Back to Bedlam' comes along, and it sells in millions (as it indeed did), inevitably you get the success backlash. I'm sure that this is the reason most 2nd albums are unsuccessful but never the less I tried to have an open mind with the release of 'All the lost Souls'. From the poppy '1973' through to the emotion provoking 'Carry You Home' (which is easily as good as 'Goodbye My Lover' and a great deal less 'sickly sweet' than 'Beautiful', and to the easy listening sunday morning 'coffee and papers' of 'Shine On', this is an excellent follow up to one of the best breakthrough albums of recent times. If you liked Back to Bedlam you will like All the Lost Souls...Fact.
