  Alias Season 2
Review created: 05/05/08

Had been watching Alias when i was younger but dropped out of it when tv started to schedule it at different times. Felt the urge to pick up the series again and bout season 1 very recently of Ebay. After being transfixed by the forst season, i knew i had to get the second season.

This show is absolutely brilliant. From what i remember i felt that the show got too much about this Rombaldi "nonsense". I couldn't have been more wrong. This is an engrossing, superlative series of television; some of the best i've seen and i would put that on par with recent efforts such as 24 Season 1 and Deadwood. The series just keeps spilling out more plot twists, drama and surprise endings by the episode. To keep this momentum going, in fact to ramp it up by the end, seems to me to be astonishing. The cast are excellent and praise goes to Jennifer Garner as the main character and Ruth Rifkin who has to be one of the most ruthless villains i've watched in a long. Should be revising for Univeristy exams but i'm too hooked on this and i've just ordered Season 3!

Excellent Second Season. Full of morw twists than the last, especially the final episode, which is a reall jaw dropper. Again Jennifer Garner plays Sidney Bristow belivable and with honesty. The supporting cast are all excellent. The chemistry with Sidney and Vaugahn begins to grow. There are light hearted moments, heart breaking moments and edge of your seats moments. You have to watch this fab series for yourself.

This show has got to be the best i have watched for a long time! I bought season 1 on dvd from Ebay whilst watching Lost as i knew it was made by the same people. It is totally differnt to Lost but equally as briliant! It's fast moving, super exciting and you feel so drawn into it it's unreal. I actually have dreams about being Sydney Bristow! There are lots of twists and turns and times when i even feel myself holding my breath i'm that gripped by it!
Well worth watching! It's like Pringles....Once you start, you can't stop!

I don't have the time to keep up with tv series so i buy them on DVD and watch them at my convenience, did an all nighter for several series.. anyway i'm a fan, of Alias. It was cheaper than alot of other sites i visited, ebay is great and the sellers i've dealt with were a godsend.. Only thing make sure that the region code is the right for your pc/laptop, as i found that i had to change mine around a bit, but apart from that, i watched most of the series on my laptop and 1 on the dvd player.

Bought this because I enjoyed Series 1 so much. Series 2 lived up my expectations with a good story line and plenty of action. Is a little far fetched in places but thats all part of the fun.

  BRILLIANT
Review created: 02/10/06

The boxset was fantastic, the series is brilliant anyway. I bought this boxset to continue the series as I had watched season 1 already I now have all for seasons and am looking forward to season five being released. I recommend Alias as brilliant entertainment for all.

  Probably the best series

If you liked Series 1, you have got to love series 2. It carrys the thread from series 1, with more twists and turns. The relationship with Sydney's mother has you guessing which way it will go, plus Jack isn't too impressed either. The relationship between Sydney and Vaughan gets even better, as the relationship between Sydney and Sloane gets worse. All of the other characters seem to grow as well, with some excellent cameos from Quentin Tarrentino and Rutger Hauer. Jennifer Garner looks as gorgeous as ever.......thats worth watching the series for on it's own:O)

The pace is excellent, the Rambaldi theme gets even more intense...... Just when you think things can't get any worse for poor Syd......they do.
Arvin Sloane and Julian Sark strike up a dastardly alliance, there are some really clever bits.

Will and Francie also get in the thick of it, in more ways than 1.

The Climax to the series is the most watchable of all 4 series so far.
You must watch it!!!!!
