love muse, best band ever in my personal opinion, absolution is one of their best albums. butterflies and hurricanes is the best song ever.

Wow. This enthralling album takes you through the deep, dark, depths of Muse, from the quasi Rachmaninov piano solos to heavy rock. Hysteria - excellent track with a really 'phat' bass line. Time Is Running Out - Cool, collected, and slightly disturbing. Thoughts Of A Dying Atheist - fast moving, fighting it's way through the beauty and serenity of Blackout.

If you love Muse, you'll love this album. If you don't love Muse, you'll love this album anyway - it's a must-have for any alternative rock fan.

Since buying this album I have not stopped listening to it! Very highly recommended especially if you love the early Radiohead stuff.

I have just bought my second copy of this album as I've played the last one till it won't play anymore. fab album

I have been after this album for a while, but never got round to getting it.
With valentines day scoming up my husband offered to buy it for me so i jumped at the chance.

Having only heard a few of the songs on the album, namely time is running our, sing for absolution and butterflies and hurricanes it is well worth the buy for these songs alone.

Maybe I'm a little biased because I live near the place where these lads got together and formed one of the fastest growing rock bands....
To be honest with you,I wouldn't care if I lived in the North Pole!!!
This album is awesome and so are the group.
It just seems like since thier first album "Showbiz" came,I thought to myself "in a way I hope they don't ruin this by bringing out a second album"
How wrong was I? Origin Of Symmetry came next and blew Showbiz out of the water.Same thought for the next album and along came this masterpiece,which blows both out the water!!!
I still think now that this album has the perfect balance for Muse.
A good mix of head banging one minute and chilled out the next.
If you don't know the group but fancy something new,try this one first before any previous or later albums.
It's easy to forget this is only a three piece band...one more thing,
MUSE ABSOLUTION....BUY IT NOW !!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic album, the best album Muse have recorded in my opinion, I would recomend this album to anyone.

This is the best Album I've heard in my life. Muse truly does their best work on this album. every single song is a hit. the lyrical range goes from hysteria, to apocalypse, to love, to atheism, governments, and loneliness. so it pretty much covers everything! Dominic Howard, Matt Belamy, and Chris Wolstenholme, have great performances in this album. creating great music and doing some techinically advanced stuff. Overall I recommend this album to everyone, since in my opinion it really is the best rock album in the world.

Im into muse at the moment and decided to buy it because i bought their new album, which is great. Plus time is running out is the best muse song ever!

Muse are an amazing band,so much so that they are going to be the 1st band to play at the new wembley stadium. The CD 'Absolution' is,in my opinion the best album done by the band with such hits as 'time is runing out' and 'hysteria'. all the songs on it are worth a listen to and can get anyone into the band who thought they would hate it.

Suddenly stumbled across 'time is running out',wow what a song,just had to get my hands on this album,naturally ebay was the first place to stop,so I landed myself a real bargain of a fantastic album purely because it was a bit 'dated'.Now all of a sudden I am a muse fan,and where else to get all their albums in one swoop,yep,you guessed it,EBAY!! I certainly was not disapointed with this album,each track is so diverse but still has that big band,heavy all rock feel about it,with fantastic lyrics,not bad to say muse is only made up of three guys,amazing.

WOW! What a great cd, at first i wasn't 100% keen but after numerous playings it has defo got to be in my top all time greatest albums! The songs do grow on you, and you will be hooked after a few goes...defo one for playing loud in the car..AND HALF PRICE ON EBAY.. HAPPY DAYS! xx

i brought it as a gift for my brother as he likes the band and he thinks cd is great!!
i had tried to find it in shops but couldnt so decided to look on ebay

I thought that modern bands had forgotten how to be different, and couldn't play their instruments. This album has completely changed my opinion - these guys know how to play and write songs. The must inaccessilble side to the band is the vocals, which is a shame because after multiple listenings his voice is really cool - can't quite place the accent... The best advice I can give is buy this album!

Previously had this album and it got trashed by kids, bought this one to replace original without paying brand new shop price

I first heard of Muse when they had their single Newborn in the charts. In fact this is still my favourite song of theirs. Then I heard more of their songs and realised that I like a lot of their music...being a female in her (young)forties I guess this is quite unusual as I know a lot of the younger generation like Muse...I love the way their songs build up into a fantastic blast of energy.....as I like a lot of the songs on this cd I thought I might as well buy it and I havent been dissapointed. Ive just bought their latest cd Black holes and revelations which is in the post and Im hoping this will be as good as absolution if not better. If you like Muse then you should buy the absolution cd!!!

I LOVE THIS CD! I'm not saying that i'm a definitive rocker or anything but Muse are an amazing band. I bought this off Ebay in the hope that it would be good and i wasn't dissapointed! This is a mixture of rock/indie melodies and sheer genius. This was the best purchase i made in months so,, buy it and judge for yourself! By the way, Muse's new album Black Holes and Revelations is out too and thats really awesome!!

In my opinion, Muse are a superb band. My tastes are diverse at times, so it`s nice for me when a band I like makes it big and is played often. The transaction went smoothly, but the only fault was that inside the jewel case, some of the bit of plastic had broken off, which could have damaged the disc. That wasn`t the case, but it`s something a buyer has to be aware of.
I wanted to buy the CD as I`ve seent he band live, and I realised that I didn`t have nearly all their work.

Having heard a few of the tracks on a net radio show (Apocalypse please, and Stockholm syndrome) I decided to get this cd. I was most definitely not dissappointed!

The tracks range from chugging rock to more Radiohead-esque tunes. If you have a fondness for Radiohead or Manic street preachers Muse: Absolution is definitely worth a look.

Deffinately one of my favourite albums by Muse this album contains a wide range of tracks for different music genres, while at the same time keeping its individual sound, a very good album to own, so go and buy it.
