A Camp - A Camp [ECD] (CD 2001)

If you enjoyed the later Cardigan albums (Long Gone Before Daylight, Super Extra Gravity), then this album should be a pleasant surprise. The songs are both tuneful and well produced, although the pacing is far more laid back than Nina's work with The Cardigans. Not that this really impairs things, as the real star of A Camp is Pearson's haunting vocals, which would be able to inject soul and substance into the shake and vac ad. Not as good as Either LGBD or SEG, but still a very worthwhile addition to your collection.
