24 - Series 1-2 - Complete (DVD 2003)

Season 1 and 2 combi.

What a brilliant way to start off your 24 viewing pleasure with season 1 and 2 combined into 1 boxset. I’d say this is only a good thing if you cannot pick up the box sets cheaper separately. Otherwise it means one item being posted instead of 2 which is good. I would implore to look fist as season 1 now on its own can be bought under £5 without postage – bargain!!

24 has to be one of the best Action Dramas to come out of the US. It’s non-stop action all the way and certainly not a waste of time spending over 24 hours watching the action develop and unfold.

I started watching the series back to front. Started on 5 and 6 and then got 1 and 2.
I would have to say that the plots are all very predictable but highly addictive
The actual transfer on series 1 and 2 from hour to hour is not as slick as 5 or 6 but that I can only imagine has been refined in the main menu set up as time goes on.

After just finishing series 6 of this, I have to say it is one of the best TV show I have ever watched. It had me hooked from series one, episode one, right the way though to the end of series 6, and I can't wait for series 7 to begin in Jan 2008. I would recommend this to anybody that was looking for something to watch as I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Overall, WELL WORTH WATCHING :)

Jeez! The end of every episode is a cliff hanger! It takes some serious discipline to switch it off and go to bed. And even when you do finally get to bed you'll be up all night wondering what's going to hppen next!

Addictive. Great for insomniacs (who might even be tired enough to get some sleep after finishing a season)
